Choose from one of our zero-gravity recliners each providing a peaceful retreat. Surrounded by the soft glow of Himalayan salt lamps, soothing music, and the therapeutic effects of microscopic salt particles, you’ll feel your stress melt away during this 45-minute session.
Conversation Salt Room
Welcome to our salt therapy conversation and family room—designed to help you unwind, recharge, and connect. Relax in one of our four comfortable recliner chairs while enjoying friendly conversation with fellow guests or your loved ones. Families with children will appreciate our dedicated play area, stocked with toys and books to keep little ones entertained. You’ll feel your stress melt away during this 45-minute session.

My family and I have been enjoying the sauna, red light therapy as well as the salt room therapy. We have all been sick this last month and always feel a bit better when we leave. The owners and staff have been extremely helpful and pleasant. My wife and kids have been visiting regularly for salt therapy under the previous ownership for a good while. We are very excited about the addition of the infrared sauna and red light therapy that the new owners have added. I think my favorite is the recovery compression boots, those boots feel great. They really go out of their way to make sure your experience is excellent each and every visit and make you feel like family.
I have been having a lingering cough that also has congestion. Went to my family doctor, just said viral infection and gave me codeine cough syrup. No better, went to allergy doctor, 2 inhalers, Flonase, prednisone and again no better! Desperate for relief, I call Wellness Remedies and got in on a special and after doing sauna and salt therapy, the coughing and congestion are noticeably better. Signed up for a month and if nothing else, it just makes you feel good!
